Sec ones, i hope you all understand why you're all trained to be this way. I know you guys find that this whole process is tiring and being the youngest in the band, you guys already need to go for three practices week after week. Whatever it is, think. Ask yourself if these practices will improve your skills in playing your instrument. And are you going to make these practices worth it in the end?

You guys are the lifeline of the band. You guys are going to become the leaders of the band when we stand down. You are all going to L E A D. You guys are going to take care of the juniors like how we are taking care of you guys now.

Please don't say that you guys are not treated fairly. The seniors went thru' what you guys are going through. Getting scolded, being shouted at by the past band leaders... we went through that before. Even me. When we were sec ones, we were all like you guys. We all STARTED like you all.

And when we scold you, it does not mean that we're not being nice. We don't want you to grow up in the band with no discipline at all. And it does not mean that we're against you guys or anything. We really care.

I hope that when we seniors are still with you all, you all learn as many good things as possible and pass it on to the younger ones in the future.

Please motivate yourself. Have a little faith and shine on the stage this coming 24th August. Make us and everyone else proud.
