One band, one sound I hope that all of you will really start taking the practices seriously. Like I've said Band, I can really see that you guys are all trying to sound better but you guys are not trying hard enough. WE CAN! The 4 boards you see whenever you walk into the band room... it's not there for free-show ok guys! It's there to motivate you guys and to tell you guys to think positively about everything we do.

Sec. ones, please wake up! You have 5 more weeks before you go on the stage. I'm sure you guys don't wanna make a fool out of yourselves when you guys are on the stage! And I believe that you guys can sound better and produce a much more better sound from your instrument! When you guys are confident with what you have, that's when you will not be nervous. Trust me, you'll feel good after the whole performance, because you are satisfied with yourself!

Band, it's really okay to make mistakes. Every human being makes mistakes, it's a matter of whether we want to improve on whatever we have or not. Failures... doesn't mean it's the end. When we failed to do things, it doesn't mean that we should just give up and chuck everything all aside. Failures is when you start picking up whatever mistakes you did in the past and progress on it to be better.

Guys, getting our desired medal for SYF'11 next year will be easy... only when we work hard and not complain about the band practices we have, start to concentrate, and have the passion for music.

So start working hard guys, 5 more weeks! Don't give up!!!! because you'll realise that all of this will be worthwhile~~~~
